The GG Sweat Crewneck is one of the more texturally interesting sweatshirts Jackman makes, built from a fabric that earns its name. GG refers to the grainy character of the weave, achieved by using coarse, decoratively twisted yarn on the outer face alongside a thicker backing yarn, No. 10 up front and No. 7 behind, giving the fabric both surface personality and serious weight. The back is left unbrushed, which keeps it wearable across three seasons without losing structure. Seams are reinforced with flatseam stitching throughout, the ribbing runs extra long to mirror the proportions of vintage crewnecks, and the raglan back construction eliminates any shoulder sharpness for a cleaner drape - a genuinely exceptional sweatshirt.

Fit Notes: Shop owner Tommy is wearing a large by rule from Jackman. He likes the roomier fit and it accounts for shrinkage. His could likely even wear an XL for an extra cozy fit, but the large fit wonderfully this round. We recommend sizing up once in these crew necks regardless of if you know your size. Tommy is 5'9," 165lbs with a 40" chest.
