Iron Heart’s 9oz selvedge unbrushed flannel western shirt in yellow offers a lighter-weight alternative to the brand’s signature Ultra Heavy Flannel (UHF) shirts, providing classic styling in a more breathable fabric suited for warmer months. This season’s version features a timeless check pattern in a yellow-based colorway, woven slowly to enhance texture and weight. The darkest yarns are indigo-dyed, while the lighter shades are sulfur cheese-dyed, allowing for natural fading over time. With only four shuttle looms in Japan capable of producing this intricate pattern—requiring the weft yarn to be switched mid-weave—this SS25 release stands out as one of the most unique Japanese-made flannels of the season.
