6225-D - 14.5oz "Dark Waterfall" Selvedge Type II Jacket - Indigo

The Pure Blue Japan Waterfall Denim jacket takes the classic Type-II silhouette and rebuilds it in a 14.5oz one-wash Japanese selvedge slub denim woven on low-tension shuttle looms, producing a heavily textured surface with the visual depth of a heavyweight and the comfort of a medium-weight weave. The slub construction mirrors the turbulent movement of a waterfall, with irregularities in the yarn that give each jacket a distinct character from the start. A streamlined fit updates the traditional Type-II proportions, with the addition of welted hand-warmer pockets at the waist alongside the standard two-button chest pockets. Selvedge detailing runs along the placket, custom branded iron buttons and a deerskin leather patch handle the hardware, and PBJ's signature leaf embroidery runs along the left side seam as a finishing touch throughout the chainstitch construction. Fit Notes: Tommy is wearing a size 5 in this jacket. He initially pulled out a size six, but it was huge on him. Normally, the 6 is more his speed, but the five was such a better fit this time. It had plenty of room for layering and the right amount of length in the arms and chest. Tommy is 5'9,' 165lbs with a 41" chest.
