The denim has been rinsed for softness and shrinkage removal but still retains a firm hand. Cut in a Regular Straight fit with a medium rise and generous room from the thigh through the hem, the 1172-1 keeps things simple and honest - a great-fitting pair of jeans in fabric that quietly stands out.

Fit Notes: Shop owner Tommy popped up to a 34 in these. That tends to be his standard starting point from PBJ. Even as a regular straight with more room in the leg, he needed that 33+" waist. We recommend you start at least one size bigger than you normally wear. These will stretch, but only if you're stretchign them. We like to have more room than less these days.. Tommy is 5'10,' 165lbs with a 33-34" waist.
